This Charlotte Royale is a French cake. It is made of swiss roll slices covering the cake, and filled with mango creme Bavarois (close to mousse but richer due to custard base). The cake is finally coated with apricot gel for slight longer shelf life
I love baking and like to make it with a difference. Baking passionately and wholeheartedly, brings "yummy" to the taste buds and the heart of the love ones!!
