Charlotte Royale


 This Charlotte Royale is a French cake. It is made of swiss roll slices covering the cake, and filled with mango creme Bavarois  (close to mousse but richer due to custard base). The cake is finally coated with apricot gel for slight longer shelf life

Rich Cold-set Cheese Cake






A rich & delicious cold-set cheese filling with sweet crust base. Beautiful chocolate pieces are decorated on the sides for greater look.

Peppermint Windmill Gateaux


A fresh cream flavoured with peppermint, is coated over a combination of chocolate & vanilla sponge cake. Then, with a decoration of white and dark chocolate on top acts as windmill

Ben 10 Birthday Cake

This 2kg Ben 10 birthday cake is for a 7 years old boy. His favorite cartoon character is Ben-10. I have specially made a 3D effect for the Omnitrix. It is made of fresh cream and vanilla sponge.


I also made some cookies as a compliment.

These Japonais fingers are very crispy and tasty, about the size of potato fries. Great for all occassions. It has very delicious almond taste.

Santa Claus Fondant Cake

A rich & delicious fruit cake covered with rolled fondant.



Almond paste is used to make Santa Claus, Christmas tree, snow man...etc for finishing touch.

Chip and Dale Cartoon Cake

A cute chip and dale cake (1kg) uses less sweet fresh cream and vanilla sponge cake.

A cake filled with fruits on top and custard cream, vanilla sponge cake and short pastry on the bottom. The sides are coated with roasted almond flakes
