CNY Fortune Almond Cookie



A wonderful new year cookie, Fortune Almond Cookie, that I have created with new recipe. It is similar to CNY Fortune Hazelnut Cookie, but with authentic almond favour without any added essence. A great choice for vegetarian as well, which is egg-less and with reduced sugar.
