A 2.5kg heart-shape birthday cake for a customer, who give to her parent-in-law. Her mum-in-law is a great cook. The big red heart-shape cake is vanilla and chocolate sponge cake with fresh cream and strawberry slices. The smaller pink colour heart-shape is a butter cookie covered with fondant. Chef hat, ladle & spatula are made of  sugar paste.
