CNY Fortune Almond Cookie



A wonderful new year cookie, Fortune Almond Cookie, that I have created with new recipe. It is similar to CNY Fortune Hazelnut Cookie, but with authentic almond favour without any added essence. A great choice for vegetarian as well, which is egg-less and with reduced sugar.

CNY Almond Melting Moment


The cookies resemble little mandarin oranges which make a good gift to share with your friends and relatives. It melts in your mouth and what's more, it is eggless and with reduced sugar...

Teddy Bear Chocolate Cookie (D1)


My daughter was so happy that I made some teddy bear chocolate cookies for her friends on her birthday. The ground hazelnut that was mixed into the chocolate cookie helps to enhance the taste and its fragrant. All her friends in her class liked the cookies so much that they wanted more.....
