Since Feb'2012, I have not done much baking and stop accepting orders due to family & work commitment. Some of the posts that published in the later date are actually those that I baked for my family members....

Mini Slice Cakes with Fruit Topping

A mini slice cake (3cm width x 5cm length), made up of vanilla & chocolate finger sponge, dacquoise, chocolate mousse and fruit decor on top. Choice of fruit may be changed pending availability
