Since Feb'2012, I have not done much baking and stop accepting orders due to family & work commitment. Some of the posts that published in the later date are actually those that I baked for my family members....

Wedding Cake (D1)

An 8" wedding cake with rolled fondant covering, decorated with hand moulded figurines made of sugar paste. The cake itself is a light pound cake. The couple in the center of the cake can be gently rotated by hand

3-Tier Wedding Cake


A 3-tier traditional chinese theme wedding cake with hand moulded married couple figurines and chinese pavilion. Royal icing is used for piping flowers, double happiness character and decorations on the cake.
