A 2kg longevity cake is made of vanilla sponge cake filled with fresh cream, stuffed with lots of fresh strawberry slices, and with mango glaze topping.

Longevity Cake (D1)



A 2 kg vanilla sponge cake with the longevity chinese character (寿)
encased in a longevity peach, decorated with almond flakes at the sides.
Both symbolise long life and fortune. Most suitable for elderly's celebration.
