A 3.0kg cake was ordered by customer for her father-in-law's birthday who turns 60. He is a truck driver and likes fishing. It is a mango fresh cream cake with soft & light mango flavour sponge cake, and filled with lots of Australian fresh mango slices inside the cream. Toasted almond flakes are coated on the sides.
