The 2 heart-shape cakes are made of mango mousse and vanilla sponge. The ribbon and the rest of the cake are made of chocolate cakes with chocolate ganache on layer and sides. Little fresh cream is piped on top of ribbon. The overall cake is ideal for those who prefer less cream and less sweet.

Fish Theme Mango Mousse Cake
A combination of vanilla sponge and mango mousse. Fish is made of fresh strawberry and plants are made of kiwi. Overall cake is less sweet as sugar content is lower.
