Pineapple Chiffon Cake

Whole new flavour for chiffon cake...it is pineapple flavour. A pineapple chiffon cake is using grated pineapple (pineapple filling) and reduced sugar since pineapple itself is sweet.

Barbecue Chicken Buns

Putting barbecue chicken on top of buns will become dry during baking. Thus, I put the barbecue chicken inside the buns and then sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds on top. Yum yum.....

A delicious, soft and light sweet buns topped with chicken luncheon, chicken hotdog and cheddar cheese. I baked them for my children for their breakfast and recess break... Glad that they preferred my buns than those bought from some well-known bakery shops.....save money....

Lightning Mcqueen Birthday Cake (D2)

This 1.8kg mango flavour fresh cream birthday cake contains fresh mango slices between mango sponge cake layers , decorated with FULLY hand-drawn racing flag & lightning mcqueen.

Mini Fresh Mango Swiss Roll

With fresh mango in season, I baked and gave away about 20pcs of mini size mango flavour swiss rolls filled with mango flavour fresh cream and fresh mango slices for one of the relatives' wedding party. The diameter of the roll is between 4 to 5cm. This yummy swiss roll was well received and they were asking for more.....
